The superb flying displays at Chelsfield Village Fair are sponsored through the generosity of local people and companies. In 2024, all being well, we will have the traditional exhilarating solo Spitfire display which has proved to be a huge draw in past years and, making a fourteenth appearance, Mark Jefferies in his Extra 330SC high-performance aerobatic aircraft. We are also delighted to welcome Simon Collins performing his debut air display in Shipping & Airlines' De Havilland Hornet Moth. Simon is an instructor at Biggin Hill and flies Boeing 777s as his day job!
The cost of these displays is financed by Chelsfield Flying Club which is an informal body purely consisting of those who donate! If you become a Gold Member (£100 donation or more) you get the official and exclusive CFC ID pass which gives you free entry to the Fair and the satisfaction of helping to make Chelsfield Village Fair THE most exciting event for miles around.
